Kto sme

Aplikáciu MOSAIC Fulfillment pre Shopify prevádzkuje Ruka Hore s.r.o. (MOSAIC fulfillment). Aplikácia prepája obchod merchanta so skladom MOSAIC: objednávky odovzdáva skladu na zabalenie a expedíciu, do obchodu vracia stav zásob a sledovacie čísla zásielok.

Vo vzťahu k údajom zákazníkov merchanta vystupujeme ako sprostredkovateľ (processor); prevádzkovateľom (controller) je merchant, ktorý si aplikáciu nainštaloval.

Aké údaje spracúvame

Pri každej objednávke určenej na vybavenie skladom odovzdávame skladu tieto údaje z objednávky: meno a priezvisko príjemcu, doručovaciu adresu, telefónne číslo, e-mailovú adresu, číslo objednávky, objednané položky, spôsob dopravy a platby a sumu dobierky.

Údaje o merchantovi: doménu obchodu, prístupový token Shopify a API kľúč do skladu (šifrovaný).

Nespracúvame žiadne platobné údaje (čísla kariet), údaje o návštevníkoch obchodu ani marketingové profily.

Účel a právny základ

Jediným účelom je vybavenie objednávky (zabalenie, odoslanie, doručenie a prípadné vrátenie tovaru). Právnym základom je plnenie zmluvy medzi zákazníkom a merchantom a zmluva medzi merchantom a MOSAIC.

Ak merchant zapne reklamačný portál MOSAIC Return, aplikácia poskytne skladu údaje objednávky (číslo, položky, ceny, kontaktné a adresné údaje) v momente, keď zákazník založí reklamáciu alebo odstúpenie od zmluvy a overí sa číslom objednávky a e-mailom. Účelom je vybavenie vrátenia tovaru a refundácie.

Údaje nepoužívame na marketing, profilovanie ani automatizované rozhodovanie a nikomu ich nepredávame.

Kde sú údaje uložené a kto k nim má prístup

Samotná aplikácia neuchováva osobné údaje zákazníkov. V databáze aplikácie ostávajú len identifikátory objednávok a stav ich vybavenia.

Údaje potrebné na doručenie sú uložené v skladovom systéme rukahore (MOSAIC) v Európskej únii a majú k nim prístup len pracovníci skladu a dopravca, ktorý zásielku doručuje.

Prenos údajov prebieha výhradne šifrovane (HTTPS). Prístup k systémom je obmedzený na poverené osoby a chránený viacfaktorovým overením.

Doba uchovávania

Údaje objednávok uchováva sklad po dobu nevyhnutnú na vybavenie, reklamáciu a splnenie účtovných a daňových povinností (spravidla 10 rokov pre účtovné doklady podľa slovenskej legislatívy).

Po odinštalovaní aplikácie merchantom sú všetky údaje obchodu z aplikácie vymazané do 48 hodín na základe požiadavky Shopify (shop/redact).

Práva zákazníkov

Zákazník si svoje práva (prístup, oprava, výmaz, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť, námietka) uplatňuje u merchanta, u ktorého nakúpil. Aplikácia automaticky spracúva požiadavky Shopify customers/data_request a customers/redact a odovzdá ich skladu.

Merchant aj zákazník nás môžu kontaktovať na dev@rukahore.sk. Dozorným orgánom je Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

Who we are

The MOSAIC Fulfillment app for Shopify is operated by Ruka Hore s.r.o. (MOSAIC fulfillment). The app connects a merchant's store to the MOSAIC warehouse: it hands orders to the warehouse for packing and shipping and returns stock levels and tracking numbers to the store.

For merchant customers' data we act as a processor; the controller is the merchant who installed the app.

Data we process

For every order fulfilled by the warehouse we pass on: recipient name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, order number, ordered items, shipping and payment method and the cash-on-delivery amount.

Merchant data: store domain, Shopify access token and the warehouse API key (encrypted).

We do not process payment card data, storefront visitor data or marketing profiles.

Purpose and legal basis

The sole purpose is order fulfillment (packing, shipping, delivery and returns). The legal basis is the performance of the contract between the customer and the merchant and the contract between the merchant and MOSAIC.

If the merchant enables the MOSAIC Return portal, the app provides order data (number, items, prices, contact and address details) to the warehouse at the moment a customer opens a return or complaint and verifies it with the order number and e-mail. The purpose is handling the return and the refund.

Data is never used for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making and is never sold.

Storage and access

The app itself stores no customer personal data; its database keeps only order identifiers and fulfillment state.

Delivery data lives in the rukahore (MOSAIC) warehouse system in the European Union and is accessible only to warehouse staff and the carrier delivering the parcel.

All transfers are encrypted (HTTPS). System access is restricted to authorised staff and protected by multi-factor authentication.

Retention

The warehouse keeps order data for as long as needed for fulfillment, returns and statutory accounting and tax obligations (typically 10 years for accounting records under Slovak law).

When a merchant uninstalls the app, all of the store's data is deleted from the app within 48 hours upon Shopify's shop/redact request.

Customer rights

Customers exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) with the merchant they bought from. The app automatically handles Shopify's customers/data_request and customers/redact requests and forwards them to the warehouse.

Changes

The current version is always available at this address. Merchants are notified of material changes by e-mail.
